FavourJar's Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Effective date: 18 July 2026

FavourJar Ltd has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") of any kind, in any form, anywhere on our platform. This page sets out our standards, how we enforce them, and how to report a concern.

Our commitment

We prohibit any content, behaviour, or use of FavourJar that sexualises, exploits, endangers, or facilitates harm to a minor. This includes, without limitation:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including AI-generated or fictional depictions
  • Sexualisation of a minor, whether real or fictional
  • Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to build inappropriate contact with or access to a minor
  • Sextortion or coercion involving a minor
  • Any content that facilitates, promotes, or normalises abuse or exploitation of a minor

These standards apply to every part of FavourJar: favours, jar names and descriptions, thoughts (comments), attached photos and videos, profile content, and usernames.

Who can use FavourJar

FavourJar is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 13. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 13 to hold an account. If we become aware that an account belongs to a child under 13, we will remove it.

How we respond to violations

Any account or content found to violate these standards will be actioned immediately and without warning, up to and including permanent removal of the content, permanent suspension of the account, and reporting to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement where required or appropriate, regardless of where in the world the account or content originates.

We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations into CSAE and will preserve and provide relevant account information where legally required to do so.

How to report a concern

If you encounter content or behaviour on FavourJar that you believe violates these standards, please report it immediately to:

safety@favourjar.com

Please include as much detail as you can: the jar, favour, thought, or profile involved, and anything else that will help us locate and act on it quickly. We treat every report seriously and will act promptly.

If a child is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services first.

Our review process

Reports of suspected CSAE are treated as our highest priority and are escalated for immediate manual review. We do not require a report to be substantiated before we act on it, we act on suspicion. Confirmed violations result in immediate account suspension and, where content constitutes CSAM, referral to NCMEC's CyberTipline and relevant law enforcement.
